What does a professional organizer do?
Every home is unique, which is why I come up with creative solutions that is right for you. I start by understanding the goals for your home at our consultation. Then together we come up with a plan that fits both your style, budget and how your brain naturally works, especially important for clients with ADHD or busy lifestyles.
Will my session be confidential?
Absolutely. As a member of the Professional Organizers of Canada (POC), be assured that I work according to their strict Code of Ethics. All conversations, sessions, and personal information remain completely confidential. Any photos or testimonials are only shared with your explicit permission.
Do the packages include the cost of organization products?
No. Whenever possible, we start by reusing and repurposing items you already have in your home. If additional products are needed (such as storage bins, hangers, drawer organizers, or labels), they are purchased separately. This allows you to choose solutions that match your style, space, and budget.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience: cash, e-transfer, credit card or cheque.
Do I have to be there when you’re working?
Not necessarily. We often work for clients when they’re at work or away. I do recommend starting with an in-home consultation so we can align on your goals and create a plan together. After that, you can choose what works best for you:

Do you have a cancellation policy? Refund policy?
Your session time is reserved specifically for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the time to be offered to another client. All organizing sessions are non-refundable.
