What does a professional organizer do?
Every home is unique, which is why I come up with creative solutions that is right for you . I start by understanding the goals for your home at our consultation. Then together we come up with a plan that fits both your style and budget. A fresh perspective – and some professional expertise – helps you get the chaos under control!
Will my session be confidential?
Absolutely. As a member of the Professional Organizers of Canada (POC), be assured that I work according to their strict Code of Ethics. All meeting, conversations, and questions are between you and me, and no one else. Any pictures or testimonials shared are given with your permission.
Do the packages include the cost of organization products?
No. We might be able to first re-use or re-purpose containers from your home. Any additional organization products is separate because you will likely want hangers, containers, liners, etc. that tie into your current theme and budget.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, credit card or cheque.
Do I have to be there when you’re working?
No. We often work for clients when they’re at work or away. We do recommend an in home consultation that we’ll do together. I can work side by side with you to sort through the items or get the job done independently.
Do you have a cancellation policy? Refund policy?
When you make an appointment with us, we reserve that time especially for you. We respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. This courtesy enables us to offer that appointment time to another client. Our sessions are non-refundable, no exceptions.
